This would be my choice for first place. For the general public, understanding that this disease affects children as well as adults, is something that isn't well known, and evokes a great deal of empathy. Some of the strongest emotional impacts of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are on children, teenagers, and young adults.

This one really SHOWS you how people are affected. We're a voyeuristic society. We have to see it to believe it. This one conjures emotions. Very effective.
