Description and Comments

CRx-197 is a topical anti-inflammatory cream made by combining the antihistamine loratadine (the active ingredient in Claritin) with the antidepressant nortriptyline. Neither of the ingredients has been used as an anti-inflammatory medication on its own, but the combination has shown promise in early trials.
