Description and Comments

Creabilis is developing CT637, which they hope will lead to a new approach to the treatment of inflammatory conditions including severe psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis (RA).  CT637 targets "HMGB-1/RAGE interaction to modify inflammatory responses."  This research is in the preclinical stage.

Creabilis is also developing CT327, an experimental topical agent in Phase Two trials for psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
