Description and Comments

CTA018 is a topical Vitamin D analog similar to calcitriol (Vectical) and calcipotriol (Dovonex). Early clinical trials demonstrated that CTA018 is safe. It also did not appear to cause skin irritation, a problematic side effect seen with other Vitamin D analogs.
