Description and Comments

Elidel is a topical immunosuppressant cream that is FDA approved to treat eczema and used "off-label" to treat psoriasis. It is especially useful for treating psoriasis in skin folds and on sensitive areas of the skin such as the face and groin. Elidel, along with Protopic (tacrolimus), belongs to a family of immunosuppressant medications known as calcineurin inhibitors.
