Hectorol (doxercalciferol) is a Vitamin D analog similar to Dovonex (calcipotriol), a widely used psoriasis treatment. Hectorol is currently FDA approved to treat calcium/phosphorous imbalances in patients with severe kidney disease and is being tested for efficacy against psoriasis.
