US government in 2010 maintained record level of psoriasis research

The US Government, through the National Institutes of Health (NIH), maintained in 2010 its record level of research funding for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The total was $16 million, as it was in 2009. As recently as 2005 the total was just $5 million.
